Non traditional Project Life

Hi Stampers!
I made two cards using couple cards from the Hello December collection cards and add on kit along with the coordinating stamp set.
I really like how they turned out and how easy they were to make.

The first one was little bit more involved as it includes some heat embossing, but other than that it's pretty simple ;) because I am trying to keep my life simple, too. So, expect a lot of clean and simple creations from me in the upcoming months and years ;)

For all things

Hi all,
and welcome to another Creation Station blog hop. This week we are featuring the set For All Things. I  can't wait for Fall to arrive. I am tired from this upper 80's and 90's degree weather. It's September after all!
For this weeks creation I used the color combination of gold and very vanilla with a splash of cajun craze. I used pretty much all elements from the catalog that contain gold: washi tape, gold foil cardstock, gold printed vellum, gold embossing powder and gold metal buttons.
But even though it seems like I used a lot of stuff, I like how simple this card is. And lately I have been more and more into embossing especially with gold embossing powder.

Well....that's all I have for you today, but there is more inspiration right around the corner - head to the next blog by Kathy Kartak. Or put it in reverse to see Jen's creations for this week.

Something to say meets Project Life

Happy Wednesday!

Today I have another sample to share that I made for the Display Boards. This one uses bunch of Project Life goodies: The PL Calendar set, Point and Click set, The Everyday main kit plus the accessory kit. Then used the SOmething to say set and the scalloped tag topper punch to make the tag.

I really love how it came out.
Not really a PL person, the PL kits make great addition for your cards, trust me! I LOVE them.

Hello You

Happy Wednesday.
Today I have a simple card for you. I used the new alphabet thinlits to cut out the falling letters, as well as Hello sentiment. Then added some sequins and Hip notes set for the "YOU".
So, sweet and simple for Wednesday.
Come back tomorrow for more eye candy :)

Eclectic Gold

Today I am back to sharing the samples I made for the display boards using the Convention stamp set Kinda Eclectic. Gold is the new black, so I used bunch of gold on this card and paired with Crumb Cake it looks wonderful. At least I love it!
I stamped the butterflies on Very Vanilla Card stock with Versamark ink and embossed with gold embossing powder. Next I stamped the sentiment and the polka dot border on the Crumb Cake panel and again embossed with gold. Adhered the glitter and newsprint strips, added the twine, the sequin trim and the punched butterflies.
Next I adhered a panel of gold glimmer paper onto Crumb Cake card base and adhered my prepared panel.
Hope I inspired you to create something today.

Kinda Eclectic meets Calypso Coral Celebration Add-on kit

Hi all,

I have another display sample to share with you. This one is using the Kinda Eclectic stamp set, which is one of my favorite ones from the new catalog.
I paired it up with the Calypso Coral Celebration add-on kit, I love this kit (as well the Bermuda bay one) especially to add it to cards. It gives special touch and dimension.
Along with the Kinda Eclectic set I used Dozen Thoughts one, for the sentiment and some gold sequin trim.

Wish Big

Hi all and welcome to the very first Blog Hop by The Creation station. We'll be doing challenges every other Sunday, so today is the very first one. And our challenge is to use Stippled Blossom set, anything geometrical (including the same set).
So here we go. I personally LOVE LOVE Stippled Blossom set, so I combined it with Dictionary and Hardwood background stamps, and then the tag topped punch and the new Project Life corner rounder punch and some doilies. The flower is stamped with Coastal Cabana and Bermuda Bay and the leaves with Old Olive and Pear Pizzazz.

And next up is a card using the Geometrical set along with the coordinating triangle punch, as well the add on Celebrations pack and a little sneak peek from the new catalog, the sentiment from the Work of Art stamp set.
